The Game is a mobile application that allows users to participate in online 3D cricket gaming. This Policy is specifically applicable to the Users and the information and data gathered on or through the Game and not to any other information or website.

By using any part of the Game, You consent to the collection, use, disclosure and transfer of Your personal information for the purposes outlined in this Policy and to the collection, processing and maintenance of this information. Your use of any part of the Game indicates Your acceptance of this Policy and of the collection, use and disclosure of Your personal information in accordance with this Policy.

Terms not defined herein (including specifically capitalised terms) will have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms and Conditions of Use for the Game, as available at Terms.

• The Dream Cricket mobile game, together with all related in-game functionalities, online services, and any other digital products or experiences made available in connection with the Game; and
• All associated services provided in relation to the Game, including but not limited to customer support and helpdesk interactions, community or social media channels, and our communications and marketing activities (such as email, in‑app messaging, push notifications and promotional campaigns) concerning the Game.

Information We Collect

We collect information about You from three sources: directly from You, automatically through Your use of the Game, and from third parties.

A. Information You provide to Us. When You register for an account, use the Game, or contact Us, You may provide the following:

• Account Information: If You create a “User Account” (via email or social login), We collect Your email address and name. If You play as a “Guest”, We collect a username You create.
• Customer Support Data: When You contact Us for help, We collect Your name, email address, and the content of Your messages (including crash logs or screenshots You choose to send).
• Survey Data: Information You provide in response to voluntary surveys about Your gaming preferences.
• Purchase History: While We do not collect Your credit card or banking details (which are processed directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store or third party payment providers), We do keep a record of Your transaction history (e.g., items purchased, date, and transaction IDs) to validate Virtual Goods bought.

• Identifiers: We collect unique device identifiers, including Your Device ID (Android ID/IDFV), Advertising ID (GAID/IDFA, subject to your consent settings), and IP Address (which We use to determine Your approximate location, such as city/country, but not Your precise GPS coordinates).
• Device & network data: Technical details about Your device, including device model, operating system (OS), carrier, connection type (Wi-Fi/5G), and screen resolution.
• Gameplay & usage data: Data regarding Your participation, gameplay, and technical interactions with the Game, including performance statistics such as match history, scores, win/loss records, batting and bowling stats, and tournament rankings; progression and economic data such as Your experience (XP) level, completed missions, achievements, and your inventory of Virtual Goods, skins, and currency balances; Your customized preferences for game controls, audio, and graphics; and technical usage data including feature usage, click paths, session duration, timestamps, connectivity metrics such as ping and latency, and crash or error reports.
• Cookies: We may use cookies or similar technologies to store Your preferences and session settings.

C. Information from third parties. We may receive information about You from external partners:

• Social Networks: If You choose to link Your Facebook account, We access Your public profile name, profile picture, and email address, consistent with the permissions You grant on that platform.
• Advertising Partners: We receive attribution data from ad networks to help Us understand if You installed the Game after seeing an ad.

Legal basis for processing: We process Your Personal Information based on the following legal bases:

• Your consent to the collection and use of Your information, as indicated by Your use of the Game;
• performance of a contract with You when We provide You with Services through the Game;
• compliance with legal obligations as required under applicable laws; and

As mentioned in our Terms, You must be of legal age or above to use Our Platform. If We are made aware that You are under legal age or that You have misrepresented Your age to Us, We will take all reasonable measures to delete personal data We collected about You in accordance with applicable law.

Personal Information means any information that may be used solely or in combination with each other to identify You and that is not otherwise publicly available, including, but not limited to, Your first and last name, gender, age, place of residence, email address, phone number or other contact information (“Personal Information”).

We process personal data only for lawful purposes. For users located in India, such lawful purposes are based on (a) Your consent, which We obtain in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; and (b) legitimate uses permitted under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. For users located outside India, We may additionally rely on other legal grounds recognised under the applicable data protection laws of Your jurisdiction, which may include, for example, the performance of a contract to which You are a party, compliance with Our legal obligations, or Our legitimate interests.

How We Use Your Information

We use the Personal Information We collect for the following specific purposes:

A. To provide and operate the Game

• Account Management: To create Your account, verify Your identity using third-party logins (Facebook, Google, Apple), and sync Your progress across devices.
• Core Gameplay: To enable core game features, processing Your in-game moves, and maintaining Your inventory of Virtual Goods.
• Transactions: To fulfill Your orders for Virtual Goods and maintain a record of Your purchase history and currency balance.
• Customer Support: To respond to Your inquiries, diagnose technical issues (using crash logs), and resolve account disputes.

B. To ensure security and fair play

• Anti-Cheat & Fraud Prevention: To detect and ban users who use hacks, bots, or unauthorized software that harms the integrity of the Game. We analyze Device IDs and gameplay patterns to identify suspicious behavior.
• Moderation: To monitor and take action against offensive usernames or team names that violate Our Terms.
• Platform Security: To secure our servers and prevent DDoS attacks or unauthorized access.

C. To improve the Game (analytics)

• Performance Optimization: To analyze crash reports and load times to fix bugs and improve stability on Your specific device model.
• Game Balancing: To understand how users play (e.g., “win rates”, “level difficulty”) so We can adjust the game mechanics and make the Game more engaging.

D. Marketing and Advertising

• Contextual Advertising: To show You ads within the Game. These may be based on the game content rather than Your personal browsing history.
• Personalized Advertising: To show You ads that are tailored to Your interests based on Your online activity and device usage. We use technical identifiers (such as Your Advertising ID) to deliver these ads, but We will only do so if You have provided Your consent or have not opted out, depending on the laws of Your jurisdiction.

C. Advertising and measurement partners. We share specific technical identifiers (such as Your Advertising ID or IP address) with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) and ad networks for the limited purpose of:

• Attribution: Determining if You installed the Game after seeing an advertisement on another platform.
• Ad Performance: Helping Us understand the effectiveness of Our marketing campaigns.

For data You provide directly to Us in India, such transfer is necessary for the performance of the contract between You and Us (i.e., to allow You to play the Game as per Our Terms).

We may store Your Personal Information locally within a jurisdiction where applicable, efficient and/or required by law.

We also include links to other websites. If You click on a link to a third-party site or otherwise leave the Game, You will go to a platform that is outside the purview of Our control. Such websites are governed by their respective privacy policies, which are beyond Our control.

Because We cannot control the activities of third parties, We cannot accept responsibility for any use of Your Personal Information by such third parties, and We cannot guarantee that they will adhere to the same privacy and security practices as We do. The use of Personal Information by such platforms shall be governed by the privacy policies provided therein. Therefore, if You visit a third-party platform that is linked to Our Game, You should consult that platform's privacy policy before providing any Personal Information.

You can determine when You have left Our Game by checking the URL displayed in Your browser or application.

Advertising

When We present information to Our online advertisers to help them understand Our audience and confirm the value of advertising on the Game it is usually in the form of aggregated anonymised data (information that cannot be used to trace a User) of Users that may include statistics and/or data concerning User traffic, User responsiveness and User behaviour to such advertisements on the Game.

We may share such aggregated or anonymised data with advertisers, advertising networks, and measurement partners to demonstrate the effectiveness of Our Services and to help them understand Our audience. We may also use cumulative non-personal information for auditing and analysis purposes with the aim of improving our services.

When you register with Us, We may contact You from time to time about updating Your content to provide features which we believe may benefit You.

Disclaimer

Several deceptive emails, websites, blogs etc. claiming to be from or associated with Us may or are circulating on the internet (Deceptive Communications). Such Deceptive Communications may include Our logo, photos, links, content or other information. Some Deceptive Communications may call the User requesting the User to provide Account login related credentials or provide a method to commit illegal/ unauthorized act or deed or request detailed Personal Information or a payment of some kind. The sources and contents of these Deceptive Communications accompanying materials are in no way associated with Us. For Your own protection, We strongly recommend not responding to such Deceptive Communications. You agree that We shall not be liable for any loss, damage and harm that You may suffer by relying and/or acting upon such Deceptive Communications.

Except, as provided for the purpose of verification, as set out under the Terms, We and/or Our employees will not contact You to divulge your sensitive personal information(“SPI”).

How We Protect Your Information

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect Your information, including encryption, secure transmissions, access controls, periodic security reviews, and restricted internal access controls. The security of Your Personal Information is important to Us. We have implemented security policies, rules and technical measures, as required under applicable law including firewalls, transport layer security and other physical and electronic security measures to protect the Personal Information that is under Our control from unauthorised access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorised modification and unlawful destruction or accidental loss.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the SPI and Personal Information submitted to Us, both during transmission and, once We receive it, for storage and disposal. All information We gather is securely stored within databases controlled by Us. The databases are stored on servers secured behind a firewall; access to the servers is password protected and is strictly limited. We limit access to SPI and Personal Information to employees/personnel/sellers/service providers/representatives who We believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide the Game to You or in order to do their jobs.

However, while we take these precautions seriously and believe such measures are appropriate, no system can be guaranteed as fully secure. No method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Nonetheless, We will strive our best to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Information and SPI. Retention of Data

Your Personal Information may be retained and may continue to be used until:

• The relevant purposes for the use of Your Personal Information described in this Privacy Policy are no longer applicable; and
• We are no longer required by applicable law, regulations, contractual obligations or legitimate business purposes to retain Your Personal Information and the retention of Your Personal Information is not required for the establishment, exercise or defense of any legal claim.

However, We may retain data related to You if We believe it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, to enable Us to exercise Our legal rights and/or defend against legal claims or if required by law or for other legitimate purposes. In certain circumstances, courts, law‑enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities or security authorities in such other countries may be entitled to access Your SPI and Personal Information in accordance with their local laws. Rights You Have Over Your Information

Users are entitled to request Us to delete their accounts and their Personal Information by sending a written request to support@dreamgamestudios.in. We will verify Your identity before processing the request. Depending on Your location, You may have certain rights under applicable privacy laws, including the right to access, correct, update, delete, or restrict the use of Your personal information; the right to withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent); the right to object to certain types of processing; and the right to request a copy of your data in a portable format.

To the extent that You do provide us with Personal Information and SPI, We wish to maintain accurate and current SPI and Personal Information. Where We collect SPI and Personal Information from You in relation to Our Game, should You need to update or correct that SPI and Personal Information, please contact Us and We will make reasonable efforts to incorporate the changes in Your SPI and Personal Information that We hold as soon as practicable. You can obtain the information We currently hold on You by emailing Us at support@dreamgamestudios.in from the email address provided to Us at the time of registering for the Game.

We will do Our best to respond promptly to Your requests and in any event within one (1) month of: i) Our receipt of Your written request; or ii) Our receipt of any further information We may ask You to provide to enable Us to comply with Your request, whichever is later. We will use Our best efforts to send You the information within 14 days of receipt of Your email.

Please note that if You choose not to provide certain information, withdraw Your consent to collect certain information, request temporary suspension of collection of information or request deletion of information collected, You may not be able to take full advantage of the entire scope of features and services offered to You and We reserve the right not to provide You with Our services. If you proceed with permanent deactivation of your Account, You will lose access to the Game and services rendered therein, including any User data and Personal Information associated with Your Account.

Users may request for Account restoration within six (6) months from the date of notification of Account deletion by Us by writing to support@dreamgamestudios.in. When You request deletion of Your data, We follow a deletion process that ensures that Your data is safely and completely removed from Our servers or retained only in anonymised form. We try to ensure that Our services protect information from accidental or malicious deletion. Because of this, there may be delays between when You request deletion and when copies are deleted from Our active and backup systems.

Updates to the Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or as required by applicable law. We also believe that the internet is an ever-evolving medium. We may periodically review from time to time and change Our Policy to incorporate such future changes as may be considered appropriate. We will notify You of the changes.
